How long does shipping take?

Orders process in 1–3 business days and arrive within 10–20 business days. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Where is my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it has not arrived within 30 days, email us for a refund or reshipment.

What is your return policy?

You must email droplandiasupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request any return or exchange, before sending anything back. Approved returns get a full refund or free replacement. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

How do exchanges work?

Return the eligible item first; once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and we never store your card details.
