Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns and exchanges must be requested by email within 7 days of delivery. Email droplandiasupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason (include a photo for damaged or incorrect items) before sending anything back. Requests made after 7 days, or items returned without emailing us first, cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How it works

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery to open a request.
  2. We review and reply, usually within 24–48 hours, with next steps.
  3. If approved, we send return instructions. Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo — we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, and you typically will not need to ship anything back.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email droplandiasupport@gmail.com.
