All returns and exchanges must be requested by email within 7 days of delivery. Email with your order number and the reason (include a photo for damaged or incorrect items) before sending anything back. Requests made after 7 days, or items returned without emailing us first, cannot be accepted.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, and you typically will not need to ship anything back.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
